A mobile app includes a collection of tools that makes it simple and convenient to find the right chain for new and existing drive or conveyor applications. Called Chain Engineer, the app allows engineers and maintenance professionals to select, interchange, configure and track elongation from their desk or mobile device. Features include: drive chain selection, conveyor chain selection and chain measurement. It also includes a resource library and allows users to create reports and download PDF files that can be easily shared. Shelf Oven

AEON grinding wheels have a single usable abrasive layer design, with diamond or cBN particles mechanically fixed onto the core surface by an electrochemical process of nickel deposition. This unique layer design provides high grit retention levels for long wheel life. To save costs, the wheel core can be reused. The new 1/4 NPT FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzle provides a full cone spray pattern for pressurized liquids. They are applied to solve cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust-suppression applications for industry. Their tangential flow design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging while producing a uniform distribution in a round pattern with medium to large droplets. Their right-angle design is compact and operates up to 100 PSIG liquid pressure. FullStream cone nozzles work well with liquids containing particulate. The liquid is supplied into the body of the nozzle, creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle.
